All prices are listed in USD. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, which are outside our control;
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize Stripe to process charges on our behalf. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified before any price change affects your existing subscription.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable once access to content has been granted. We do not issue refunds for partially used subscription periods.

Exceptions may be considered only in the following circumstances:

You were charged due to a technical error on our part;
You contact us at giuliaalvesdonatti@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction with documented evidence of the error.

Unjustified chargeback requests filed with your payment provider may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Your access to premium content will remain active until the end of the current billing period;
No further charges will be made after the current period ends;
No partial refund will be issued for unused time within the current billing period.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available on GiuFans — including but not limited to photos, videos, audio, text, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Giulia Donatti and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

By subscribing, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for your own private use only. You expressly agree that you will not:

Download, copy, reproduce, store, or redistribute any content;
Screenshot, screen-record, or capture any content in any format;
Share, publish, or publicly display any content on any platform or medium;
Sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any content for commercial purposes;

Any unauthorized use of content may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability. We reserve the right to take legal action against infringers.
